1-2-1 Training

  • 1-2-1 training is tailored to your specific requirements and therefore isn’t timetabled in the way a group class might be. Sessions can be booked in one hour slots.

  • When booking your initial consultation, you’ll be asked to fill out a questionnaire all about you and your dog so that I can come to our first meeting fully prepared.

At the initial consultation, which may take place either at your home or another agreed location, I’ll go through your questionnaire in a bit more detail, meet your dog and outline some initial recommendations.

Within 48 hours of our first appointment, I’ll send you a report summarising what we went through in our first session and proposed next steps.

1-2-1 training can be hugely beneficial for a number of reasons, but most of all, having dedicated sessions with trainer where the focus is solely on you and your dog makes for invaluable training.

  • Initial Consultation: £75 (90 minutes)
Follow Up Appointments: £50 (60 minutes)

  • In-Person and/or online

  • Usually at your home, but may be at another venue (indoor or outdoor) as appropriate. To be discussed upon booking.

To the Rescue Package

  • Giving a rescue dog their forever home is a highly rewarding way of welcoming a four-legged family member.

Training a rescue dog is often quite different from training a puppy, due to the dog’s previous history, their life stage and the general stress that comes with going to a new home.

This package is structured with patience in mind, giving you and your new dog the time and support you both need to start your life together on the right paw.

  • 1 x 60 minute consultation
During the consultation, we’ll talk about your rescue dog’s history, your lifestyle and routine, canine learning and communication and general principles of dog care. Here, we’ll agree a plan of action for getting your dog used to their new home, what training should happen when and next steps.

    3 x 30 minute check-ins
These sessions will be held virtually at an agreed time. They’ll give us an opportunity to discuss progress, steps for moving forward and troubleshoot any issues.

    2 x 60 minute training session
Once your rescue dog has settled in and you’re both more comfortable with one another, we can begin working on training any foundation behaviours that are needed.
